· Advised a listed issuer engaged in sale of textile machinery and provision of technical and after-sales services through the operation of its service centres in Hong Kong and the PRC in on a mandatory takeover by an offeror valued at over HK$410 million

· Advised an offeror on a mandatory takeover of the shares of a listed issuer engaged in license fee collection and provision of intellectual property enforcement services business; exhibition-related business; property sub-leasing business; property development and investment; entertainment business; and food and beverages business valued at over HK$220 million

· Advised a listed issuer engaged in design, manufacture and marketing of telecommunication products in relation to the restructuring of its debts of over HK$800 million involving standstill arrangement and application for withdrawal of winding-up petition

· Advised a listed issuer engaged in trading, development and supply of extensive range of linen products on the restructuring of its debts of over HK$600 million involving debenture in favour of banks

· Advised a listed issuer engaged in film distribution and exhibition, licensing and sublicensing of film rights on its disposal of a film library to a video-streaming online platform in the PRC for RMB178 million

· Advised an international telecommunications company on a disposal of its semiconductor business in Hong Kong for US$62 million

· Advised an international sportswear company for an acquisition of business network in the PRC for a consideration of US$40 million

· Advised a subsidiary of a listed issuer on a disposal of a private jet for a consideration of US$18.5 million

· Advised a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established in the PRC engaged in manufacture, sale and distribution of food additives and ingredients on a disposal of its business for US$10 million

· Advised owners of beauty products on a disposal of its business to a Singapore consortium for HK$270 million

· Advised a listed issuer engaged in manufacturing and trading of pre-stressed steel bar, pre-stressed high strength concrete pile, ready-mixed concrete, sand-lime bricks, aerated concrete products and eco-concrete products on the acquisition of an entity engaged in regulated activities under the Securities & Futures Ordinance (Cap 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)

· Advised a listed issuer engaged in the operation of a professional football club in successfully appointing the receivers by the High Court of High Kong to take actions to protect the listed issuer and to preserve its assets
