Mr. Michele Giebelmann Salvoni is the son of Dr. Angela Giebelmann, and a partner of the law firm, Giebelmann & Salvoni.

 

Mr. Salvoni obtained his Law Degree from the University of Parma, Italy in 1999 and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Private Law from the University La Sapienza of Rome (Italy) in 2004.  He passed the Italian Bar Exam (Avvocato) in 2002 and the German Bar Exam (Rechtsanwälte) in 2011.

 

Mr. Salvoni’s main areas of practice are International and European law, Company law, Real Estate law, Commercial contracts, Litigation and Arbitration and has published works on Trust law.  He is a member of the Brescia Bar Association in Italy, the Munich Bar Association in Germany, the Rotary Club Brescia Castello and was past president of the Rotary Club of Rodengo Abbazia, responsible for the EXPO Commission for the District 2050.  His fluency in languages such as Italian, English, German and French enhances his practice in International and European law.
