FRENCH LAW PRACTICE DIVISION

Our French law practice division is led by Mr. Eric-Jean Thomas. Mr. Thomas specializes in International Business Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private International Law, International Arbitration and Litigation, and Labour Law.

Their clients are SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups and large French CAC 40 groups (for the latter mainly for their development in Asia).

We also support their clients’ commercial development with distribution, supply, subcontracting or partnership agreements in Hong Kong or abroad. We work as a team with tax specialists and accountants to set up their base in Asia.
